What is it like working at Tetra Tech, Inc.?

Constant expectation to do more with less.
Vice President (VP), Operations in Vienna:
Pros: Independence to find innovative solutions to improve customer satisfaction
Cons: leadership does not value lines of business except for ROI
Satisfying, hard work, demanding, enjoyable, lack of communication at times.
Health Safety Advisor in Perth:

Cons: Lack of communication
Lots of promises, none met.
Environmental Scientist in Chicago:
Pros: They have given me flexibility in how/where I work.
Cons: Pay, honesty, hours, expectations, general narrative.
Great place to work.
Environmental Scientist in Richmond:
Pros: Flexibility as a consultant. Work on exciting solar projects
Cons: Favoritism tends to slow career path.
Depends on your division.
Project Geologist in Chicago:
Pros: I get to work from home most days, even before the pandemic since I am a remote employee
Cons: Since I am a remote employee I feel like I get forgotten about or passed over for training and advancement opportunities
Project Manager, Engineering in Orlando:
Tetra Tech is a great place for mid and senior level engineers with a lot of opportunity to work with a variety of clients on every type of project you can imagine. There is very little red tape and the minimum required amount of supervision. May be a little more difficult for young engineers as you have to seek out your own mentorship and training opportunities. Highly motivated people will enjoy a career with Tetra Tech.
Demanding job with worthwhile feeling of contribution.
Environmental Engineer in Fairfax:
Pros: There are very interesting opportunities that can arise in emergency response that span across the company's vast reach of resources and contracts awarded. The field work-office balance is nice if you up for being out in the sun/rain for long hours.
Cons: Some demands are often quite assumptive of employees who support project managers. Stress levels are often not well communicated across employee levels or taken into consideration. The office environment isn't as friendly/jovial as I would like but that is primarily because of the high workload/stress demand of project managers and other supporting employees- not because of the company culture or personality.
