New projects and saving costs projects.
Industrial Engineer in Omaha:
Pros: I like the most that I can organize my day by my own, taking my own decisions and prioritizing depending on the deadline of each project

Unsustainable Work Schedules.
Production Manager, Manufacturing in Fayetteville:

Cons: Micromanagement. Politics.
Production Supervisor, Manufacturing in Oak Creek:
Pros: It’s familiar and very versatile. Never a dull moment, always something to do.
Cons: My resent boss as of the last 10 years is a narcissist and treats me unfairly.
Maintenance Technician in Fayetteville:
Atmosphere is projected as they care about family but when family comes first you will be fired. They run a 6 point system 6 points in a year you are fired. They are union which makes them the least paid techs in the smithfield family. The bathrooms are disgusting feces on the floor, toilet, walls ect. The smell of marijuana will take your breath in the facility, since I've been there 2 ppl were shot over gang related issues that were brought to h.r.'s attention but were ignored. Petty games are played with employees running to management telling lies or getting on the radio and trying to throw you under the bus by assuming instead of getting the facts first. I could go on and on .......
Very Fast-Paced company to strive in.
