Siemens Reviews

What is it like working at Siemens?

Biomedical Engineer:
Excellent compensation, decent benefits. Flexibility in schedule and management. However, corporate buzzwordy initiatives run rampant and must be avoided. I do worry that the corporate leadership is somewhat disconnected from the products and front line engineers.
Embedded Software Development Engineer:
Siemens Healthineers provides a challenging and stimulating workplace environment. There is an expectation of excellence in its employees, with compensation fairly commensurate with performance. Management can be great or not-so-great. For those working in the Embedded group, management is excellent.
Great.
Field Service Technician in Antioch:
Pros: A lot of opportunities
Cons: Traveling
Senior Software Engineer:
Lots of challenges working as a subsidiary of an international company. The benefits are good. But the compensation is subpar. There is not a lot of room for growth. All upper management is externally sourced.
Production Coordinator, Manufacturing in Lincoln:
Pros: Interaction with other Siemens employees
Too much on too few.
Material Handler in Providence:
Pros: The experience
Cons: Work not spread evenly amongst employees, favoritism, and all the drama.
Great.
Fire Alarm Technician in Kansas City:
Pros: Technical
Cons: Not much training
