Management always sticks their head in the sand when they face criticism. But when it’s the underlings, you are guilty till proven innocent. If they don’t acknowledge problem, it will never get fixed. Culture is everybody for themselves, compensation is good.

Pros: A lot of challenges for the organization means a lot of opportunities to learn and to develop ownership. There's plenty of problems around, but I usually feel like there's a tangible path towards success. It may be a lot of work, but it doesn't feel like you're swimming in quicksand.
Cons: High turnover rate over the last 3-5 years due to the early launch of the main product forced the company into commercialization before they were ready. Lots of chaos.
