Quad/Graphics Inc Reviews
What is it like working at Quad/Graphics Inc?
Management has changed a few times but the environment is positive.
Film/TV Producer in Milwaukee:
Pros: Opportunities for growth
Cons: Management & pay
I manage a multi million dollar account, I sit onsite at the customer and manage all of their print needs.
Customer Service Manager in Charlotte:
Pros: I love the team I work for and the job that I do. My customer is incredible and I feel like I do very valuable work.
Cons: I feel overworked and underpaid.
It's complicated.
Senior Copywriter in Sidney:
Pros: I get to write and be creative.
Cons: Deadlines and workload, at times, are unreasonable.
Quad bought our Marketing company, the vibe has never been the same.
Senior Graphic Designer in Los Angeles:
Pros: There is not much to like, we feel like disposable cattle.
Cons: Our previous company before Quad bought us made us feel valued and I felt proud to be working for them, Quad does not make me feel like this at all. They don't give any confidence in that we mean anything as employees. Our health coverage is much more limiting and expensive. Annual increases are extremely insulting. They don't seem to care about keeping the employees happy. Also still using very outdated computers to get our work done.
Glass ceiling for sure.
Product Designer in Milwaukee:
Pros: The creativity and products we get to design.
Cons: the pay, the culture, the remarks in uncomfortable conversations and favoritism
Paperhanger in Lufkin:
Pros: Money
Cons: Favoritism
Very detail oriented.
Second Press Operator in Browns Mills:
Pros: The people and being able to see the work by myself
Cons: The pay. Sometimes people talk too much when I'm trying to get my work done
