Office Manager:
While I’m not technically considered an “Office Manager”, that is what I do. I love working at my Quad facility. Great people, willing to assist you in learning and bettering yourself. As with any company, there are pro’s and con’s, it’s up to you if it’s a good fit for your life and your needs. But, personally, I think Quad is one of the better companies to work for.
Good people misguided management.
Second Press Operator:
Pros: The days off are nice and the people I work with are good hardworking people who are fun to work with.
Cons: Switching days to nights every 4 weeks, sub par pay mediocre benefits that require you and your family to jump through hoops and perform biometric screenings or you get penalized, in the form of weekly surcharge on what you pay for coverage. Leadership seems disconnected with the average employee things seem not well thought out or executed by management team.
