Being a Restaurant Manager is a minimal stress job with lots of upsides.

Pros: I like the freedom to lead and coach my team to success.
Cons: I do not like the pressure of all the responsibility of the restuarant being on you when you are on shift. So if anything happens in or around the store, it is your problem.

Pros: I love Olive Garden, because it's like working with your family. You just know they care about you as a person.
