Pros: Selling Automotive and heavy duty parts.
Cons: No communication with operations managers, no help, no support from them

Pros: I like helping people trouble shoot and solve their problems as best I can.
Cons: Doing the most tickets and feeling unappreciated and uncompensated.
It all depends who and what the company is, mine is private own so it's different from corporate.

Pros: Friendly, lots of nice people in and out, my manager is the best I've had ever.
Cons: Owner lacks on people skills and caring, listening to people problems and cars for money and money only.
Different every day, sometimes a desk jockey sometimes a lead on countter.

Cons: Stress of not enough people to get the job done right.
Living somebody's dream.

Cons: Some of the worst customer base, unreliable distribution centers
There is no structure. It's laid back.
