LifePoint Hospitals, Inc. Reviews
What is it like working at LifePoint Hospitals, Inc.?
They do not value their employees and are running all the good ones off.
Psychiatric Nurse (RN) in Fort Worth:
Pros: Helping patients
Cons: Higher up management
Multi-Faceted and Fast-Paced.
Education Coordinator in Lewiston:
Pros: I like the job itself.
Cons: We are in a pandemic, so I don't think it would be fair to say I like anything 'least'.
Don’t do it!
Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Asheville:
Pros: I have a great director, wonderful colleagues and a great team.
Cons: DLP is as transparent as a brick wall. There is little to no communication from corporate, the rules change with no warning, often and to whatever suits DLP at the time and will save/make them the most money at the time. Decisions are made by non-clinical staff with little to no regard for patient or employee safety.
Most likely the same as anywhere else, have no other experience in the OR anywhere else so I can’t compare.
Registered Nurse (RN), Operating Room in Savannah:
Pros: My coworkers and immediate supervisors
Cons: Call time
Fair.
Radiologic Technologist in Columbus:
Pros: My co-workers and patients
Cons: Compensation and lack of communication and honesty from senior leadership
Does not meet industry standards.
Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Asheville:
Pros: My immediate coworkers and immediate supervisor.
Cons: They either do not have a clue or do not care to meet industry standards in pay, benefits, physical environment, equipment and supplies, etc.
Cardiac sonography.
Cardiac Sonographer in Marquette:
Pros: The staff, coworkers, and cardiac physicians, and pediatric care
Cons: management, appreciation, no representation for our department.
