LifePoint Hospitals, Inc. Reviews

What is it like working at LifePoint Hospitals, Inc.?

Awesome place to work.
Registered Nurse (RN), Emergency Room in Athens:
Pros: We have excellent staff and the nurses and providers have an amazing team working relationship. The nurses in the ER are able to utilize, practice, and learn so many skills with a supportive environment and also hold a great deal of autonomy amongst the physicians.
Cons: The pay rates could be improved and fair annual raises would be a plus!
Don’t expect any raises. Ever.
Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Asheville:
Pros: The people I work with
Cons: No investment in advanced practitioners. No licensing or certification reimbursement. No annual raises or cost of living increases. No bonuses. No standardized or quantifiable evaluations. They still refer to us as “mid-levels”!
