What is it like working at L3Harris?

Work id good, my supervisor is incompetent.
Senior Contracts Manager in Huntington Beach:
Pros: my work and some of the folks I work with, when we work as a team and not solve serving non-contributing as my supervisor tends to be.
Cons: every time my supervisor throws us under the bus to make himself look good and to cover for his incompetents
Diverse, challenging products in several broad business areas.
Senior Mechanical Engineer in Melbourne:
Pros: Pursuit of new technology to solve tomorrow's problems.
Cons: Difficult work/life balance and stressful program demands.
Big city feel without big city problems.
Senior Systems Engineer in Rochester:
Pros: Cheap cost of living, many interesting local events and locations, I enjoy the snow
Cons: Distance from large outdoor natural parks
Cold weather, but low traffic and a flexible work schedule!
Order Processing Manager in Rochester:
Pros: My family lives here.
Cons: Winter can be long and depressing but we do get all seasons and never worry about major disasters (tornadoes, earthquakes, etc.)
