Marketing Coordinator in Mequon:
Pros: I get to work with a variety of marketing areas, such as social media, broadcast, and internal work for ads. My positions allow my skills to be shown in various ways throughout different departments. Coordinating projects between production, art directors, fashion stylist, production stylist. Along with Constant communication between the merchants to ensure that the correct product is getting with the right projects. This also ensures sales, promotions, and other marketing requirements are met within the stipulations of the Buyer's sales timing.
Cons: The areas that I can see improvement for within my department would be allowing the members of the team have more of a voice on how processes can be implemented and improved. There can be a lack of understanding by the leadership, as they do not get all of the details of what goes on from project to project. Those Intercal details are essential to fully comprehend the day-to-day of our job.
I have had bad management, but have recently transferred and have a great team.
