What is it like working at Kohl's Corporation?
Stressful but rewarding.
Assistant Buyer in Milwaukee:

Assistant Store Manager in Irvine:
Pros: I get to train and develop associates into leadership positions
Cons: N/A
Great place to work and grow.
Sales Associate in Meridian:
Pros: I like the teamwork between associates and managers. I feel welcomed and respected for who I am. I like that they are very flexible with hours for those who are in college (or have kids or other such work-life balance demands). The employee discount is an amazing perk too!
Cons: Sometimes there are very rude & demanding customers that make the job extra stressful. It can also be discouraging to see your hard work (nicely folded clothes) trashes in 20 minutes by customers. Since it’s a corporation, you might have to deal with illogical corporate policies.
Unsatisfied.
Lead Sales Associate in Middletown:
Pros: I like my friends there
Cons: Lack of communication, and follow through, lack of yearly raise, and they havent hired anyone to help in my department
I love it.
Senior Financial Analyst in Milwaukee:
Pros: The people and then environment
Cons: I feel under paid
Very satisfied.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Louisville:
Pros: Love my job and store
Cons: My pay is not fair
Sales Associate:
I would not recommend working here. The women of the work place are very catty and will talk behind your back and if you mess up they'll send someone else to talk down to you about what you did wrong. To cute costs they purposely won't schedule people when you actually need them. This place is stressful and the pay and what's expected of you don't match. They expect you to do the job of 10 people and they expect you to know how to do it without actually showing you how. All the while a lot of the managers will just sit around and talk but if a regular employee does that they'll get chewed out. They also tend to yell at their employees right in front of customers which is very embarrassing for the employee and the customers who see it.
