What is it like working at JCPenney?

Do not feel appreciated.
Cashier in Brea:
Pros: Flexible schedules Good coworkers
Cons: Needs better managenent Needs more pay
Customer Service Supervisor:
The company as a whole is good to work for. They provide paid time off, medical insurance, and competitive pay. Leadership styles within the stores themselves very so you can possibly end up in a bad store within a good company.
Great place to work.
Salon Manager in Birmingham:
Pros: The freedom to do my job and give my all without being micromanaged
Cons: That the company as a whole is struggling because it is a great place to work
Helping customers finding merchandise, making a quick check out, and saving them money when they open a new credit card.
Cashier in Lawrence:
Pros: I like the atmosphere and working as a team.
Cons: I don’t like when there’s only one cashier helping a customer and there’s a line. Customers have to wait for the person ahead of them. Always short staff.
I love working for jcpenney.

Cons: Moving up in the company feels like it take a long time. In reality its not. No real complaints here.
