What is it like working at Holiday Inn?

Very physical and demanding in a fast pace manner with only 2 15 minute breaks every 2 hours no lunch break.

Pros: The employees and frequent guests. I absolutely love what I do, just want to be compensated to keep my passion for my job alive.
Cons: The turnover rate and the lack of passion for positions for line level employees.
Long hours stressful as no employees want to work and call in sick frequently.

I Enjoy my job. There are things that I do not agree with. The main one is how little our employees are paid, they do not recieve time and a half or double time for holidays.
