Cons: I do not feel like I am paid fairly. As a registered nurse in OB, I am responsible for mom and unborn baby and this job is high stress and fast pace. The pay is not good enough compared to other hospitals and i am frustrated

Decent culture with focus on cost effective patient care. Support from administration for professional development. Pay was slightly higher than other similar positions within the same market. Healthcare benefits could be better. 401k and employee stock purchase program were available.
I enjoy working with patient family members, but we do FAR more than answer the phones.
