What is it like working at Fresenius Medical Care North America?

Fun and rewarding.
Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) in Cleveland:
Pros: Watching dialysis improve life until a kidney can be obtained , or watching my patients health improve back to near active state as possible.
Cons: Not having enough staff
Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) in Savannah:
I work in an acute hospital setting. The hourly rate and diffs are better than the hospital's pay. My primary complaint is the mandatory overtime. We have a small space allotted to us by the hospital, so we can only dialyze a handful of patients at a time. This results in us working 14,15, sometimes 16 hours.
