Process Technician in Ogden:
Poor management. Unaccountable lower level supervision, not at work, but salaried so still get paid. Company uses the buzzword integrity a lot, but no leadership sets an example of integrity. Does not grow employees from within and instead caters to a favorites over fairness system of promotion. Doesn’t encourage individual growth even after employees sought extra training and paths to enhance their knowledge base. Toxic, unapproachable, and concrete thinking management style.
Great place to work.
