Culver's Reviews

What is it like working at Culver's?

Not terrible but sometimes completely frusturating.
Restaurant Manager in Neenah:
Pros: The every changing task. I'm never expected to be doing the same job day in and day out.
Cons: The lack of communication.
Fun but stressful.
Crew Leader in Bay City:
Pros: The friendliness of coworkers, and the joy of making people happy with our food.
Cons: How stressful it can be, especially since most days it feels like we're understaffed and it gets overwhelming fast.
Satisfying and Rewarding.
Kitchen Manager in Farmington:
Pros: The fast placed work environment!
Cons: The high turn over rate among the high school employees.
Terrible for Mental Health.
Assistant Manager, Fast Food in Clayton:
Pros: N/A
Cons: No communication, favoritism, terrible atmosphere all the way around.
I hate it.
Restaurant Host/Hostess in Elkhart:
Pros: Every customer is different, except for our regulars. I can be in different areas of the workplace every day.
Cons: If you dont know how to do something and ask for help, managers make you feel dumb for not knowing and when they show you, they wont explain anything very well.
Fast paced atmosphere with enjoyable environment.
Crew Chief in Woodstock:
Pros: Enjoyable atmosphere with friendly colleagues and communication.
Cons: Unfair advantages that others have, and not being recognized for the quality of work I do.
Fast Food Worker in Shawano:
Culver's in Shawano, I would not recommend this as a first job because they don't exactly have the nicest people and the owner will make you feel terrible about your mistakes. One assistant manager just does whatever they want and says that she is a manager so we listen to her not the other way around.
