Charter Communications, Inc. Reviews

What is it like working at Charter Communications, Inc.?

Solutions Engineer:
It would be nice if Charter was appreciative of those loyal employees that have been with the company for a long time. Limiting the number of levels a person can jump between positions and the salary increase that goes along with internally changing positions is counter-intuitive to actually appreciating that employee. Loyal and internally transferring employees are not compensated as well as those coming off the street to work the same job. Retaining knowledge and compensating that employee appropriately for that knowledge is very important.

Pros: I enjoy knowing more about the industry than 99% of the employees. Makes me feel accomplished.
Cons: I hate knowing more about the industry than 99% of the employees making what I make and doing what I do. Might be a good idea to put me to good use.
