Cons: The technology that we work on and with is outdated.
Information Technology (IT) Director in Denver:
Great work life balance. In fact there is very little emphasis on work and more life. A lot of smart intelligent people in leadership positions but non-confrontational and don’t push their teams. There is no upside financially or growth wise for being a top performer versus being someone who just meets expectations. Sound business model due to which company is doing well. Most of the Workforce is lazy, passive and very narrow responsibilities.
We used to do verification and enrollments of schwab employees.
Compliance Officer in Bengaluru:
Pros: Working environment and opportunities
Cons: I didn't feel any least like thing till now
