Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. Reviews

What is it like working at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.?

Certified Financial Planner (CFP) in Peoria:
Pros: Not commissioned related but performanced based.
Cons: The ever-increasing goals
Upper Mgmt in my department doesn't seem engaged.
Senior Risk Manager in Phoenix:
Pros: I like the overall culture, just not in my area. They also have good work/life balance.
Cons: My role is not a good fit. Upper management seems to push against more often than push on our behalf.
Client Relations Specialist:
It’s great working for a company who truly invests and cares about your professional growth. The people I work with are like a second family, always supporting and encouraging you to do your best and be the best person you can be.
Business Systems Analyst:
No opportunity for promotion. Expected to go way above and beyond and then told “this is the new expectation for your job.” But there’s no pay increase and OT is cut off. It makes absolutely no sense. They don’t care about employees, it’s all about working like a robot. Communication is stifled. Managers do not support their employees.
