Catholic Health Initiatives Reviews

What is it like working at Catholic Health Initiatives?

Overleveraged.
Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) in Omaha:
Pros: Autonomy, challenging, growth
Cons: Immense responsibility with limited resources, undervalued
Professional but outdated.
Radiographer in Lexington:
Pros: Staff members are 110% focused on patient care and pour every ounce of what they have into their careers to give the patient the best care possible.
Cons: Outdated equipment(runs slow, not enough space, using windows 7)
I feel as though I am expected to be a servant, but I feel as though I'm just another number.
Medical Assistant (Certified) in Chattanooga:
Pros: Meeting new people and helping people get healthy.
Cons: It is extremely corporate and cares more about marketing and promotion than their very employees
A ministry that is very rewarding.
Lead Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologist in Chattanooga:
Pros: The autonomous of the job and how management encourages feedback and open to recommendations.
Cons: The always looking at the bottom line in dollars and not the patients needs as much.
Challenging and satisfying.
Diagnostic Imaging Service Engineer in Lufkin:
Pros: Satisfaction and confidence from the employees I serve
Cons: Not know what the cap is in my position as far as compensation. Need to get training back on track, as well.
You are just another person to them.
Registered Nurse (RN) in Washburn:
Pros: I work at a rural health clinic- we manage our selves most often
Cons: I am the only nurse in this clinic and have multiple job duties but do not get paid for all duties.
Top Heavy.
Respiratory Therapist in Omaha:
Pros: I like being independent and able to practice my specialty using my own decision making.
Cons: The organization is very top heavy. Too many administrators trying to "improve" health care that are out of touch with the practice they manage.
