Catholic Health Initiatives Reviews

What is it like working at Catholic Health Initiatives?

As managers we are allowed to make autonomous decisions about our offices and how we run them.
Practice Manager in Houston:
Pros: I am able to take on different projects and learn as much as I want.
Cons: Too much change coming all at once. No confidence in upper leadership right now
It’s alright.
Hospital Pharmacy Technician in Little Rock:
Pros: Schedule and coworkers
Cons: Pay rate
Challenging workplace.
Facilities Manager in London:
Pros: Helping others work thru challenging situations
Cons: Stress
Business Intelligence Specialist:
I find that CHI Franciscan is behind the times in technology and usage and support of data. Most of management is old school in how they do things. Nice enough people but hard to be a techie type person without support.
Simply looking for a pay review.
MRI Technologist in Devils Lake:
Pros: Independent scheduling
Cons: Little or no opportunity for advancement and lack of appreciation
Challenging.
Senior Financial Analyst in Little Rock:
Pros: Flexibility and team environment
Cons: Understaffed and unfair pay
Buyer:
The pay is a bit low. All the nurses would agree. I hear Alegent days were much better and hopefully CHI gets better. The CEO in Omaha is pretty arrogant, so that doesn’t help. Hopefully, Dignity will bring prosperity.
