CVS / Pharmacy Reviews

What is it like working at CVS / Pharmacy?

It is a very easy task, but compensation is not what I've expected considering the workload.
Pharmacy Technician, Lead in Spring:
Pros: Customer care
Cons: Work overload
It is Great.
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPHT) in Baton Rouge:
Pros: The attitude of everyone it helps make your job easier. They are wonderful people to work with.
Cons: I love everything about my job
Slinging Pills.
Pharmacy Technician in Fort Lauderdale:
Pros: It's nice to be able to give back to the community that you are in by helping those with their health. Granted not all patients feel the gratitude of you preforming your job, but in the end, if you're with the right coworkers, it all makes up for it in the end.
Cons: The way patients and customers treat the employees should not be tolerated. We get called all sorts of names, screamed at, cussed out, and corporate takes the customers side when we were just preforming our jobs and holding up the company policy.
Fine.
Cashier in Marion:
Pros: it is within walking distance to my home. also the highest paying job i've had. plus some of the customers are amazing.
Cons: I'm working fulltime hours based on illinois state laws but i'm still counted as part time i believe.
Not worth it.
Pharmacy Technician in Hilo:
Pros: I get to help people and I am great at my job & everything that I do.
Cons: The pay I feel is not enough especially with how I always tend to go above and beyond & do almost everything as if I was a manager. It can get tiring having everyone rely on you and then they become lazy and expect you to do everything. And some peoples attitudes in the pharmacy can be terrible and yet the Disctrict leader and managers will let that employee still be employed.
Retail Shift Supervisor in Cedar Rapids:
Started out as a good job. The last year and a half has went down hill. New mgr and district don't care about employees. Keep cutting hours and adding more work. Expecting 1 person to work by themselves for hours. Not safe.
Pay is terrible for the responsibility and time worked.
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPHT) in Kings Beach:
Pros: being of service to the communiy
Cons: my pay and lack of benefits and turnaround time
