CVS / Pharmacy Reviews

What is it like working at CVS / Pharmacy?

Pharmacy Technician, Lead in Marietta:
Pros: I like knowing that I am the best person to get the job done, that customers have someone who 110% knows what they’re doing working to help them.
Cons: I dislike the rushed mentality that must occur when we put money and profits and CEOs billion dollar salaries to the front and center of everything we do. I dislike cvs continuing to ignore unsafe practices our pharmacies are operating under.
Decent company with new changes coming.
Data Analyst in Davie:
Pros: That there is currently unlimited overtime
Cons: Management needs to be wiped out and a fresh start is needed.
Customers.
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPHT) in Foley:
Pros: Dealing with customers that are friendly and understanding.
Cons: Constant equipment lagging and full failure. Dealing with rude, self important attitudes of customers.
10 years and things just get worse.
Pharmacy Technician in New Port Richey:
Pros: It's fast paced and never boring.
Cons: The stress and constant hour cuts are horrendous. Customers range from decent to absolutely terrible. Even good days are hampered by tasks that your team has had to leave undone from bad days. The workload is INSANE.
Great opportunity.
Pharmacy Technician in Munster:
Pros: Helping people and going out of my way in the store helping customers! I loved every part of it !
Cons: Needed to be more rotation in roles of work flow.
Accommodating, but stressful.
Retail Shift Supervisor in Baton Rouge:
Pros: Creative freedom.
Cons: The inventory control policies and frequent corporate-level management changes.
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPHT) in Edinburg:
Pros: The coworkers are fantastic. And customers have been more than patient
Cons: Hours severely cut with an increase in traffic. So not enough hours to do the job properly and efficiently
