CVS / Pharmacy Reviews

What is it like working at CVS / Pharmacy?

It's okay.
Head Cashier:
Pros: Work independently.
Cons: Hours are not enough.
Shift supervisor.
Customer Service Supervisor:
Pros: Provides a solid platform to set up a good great resume. The job is equal parts stressful and rewarding. Flexible scheduling makes it ideal for students and part timers. The position does provide you with enough to responsibility to empower your professional image. Responsibilities vary on a day-to-day basis that is determined by the CVS workflow.
Cons: Customers is always the the biggest contribution to your stress levels. That and a lot of corporate red tape. The company has done a good job minimizing the voice of the individual. But it is what it is. It's a job and if you don't like it your always free to find another job elsewhere; the company feels the same way.
I Love What I Do.
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPHT):

Cons: Corporate doesn't take care of their employees, it's about the bottom line.

Cons: Stress level, not compensated.
Retail Shift Supervisor:
Cons: Constant hour cuts at store level means that no guarantee of hours for employees.
