CVS / Pharmacy Reviews
What is it like working at CVS / Pharmacy?
Operations Supervisor:
No one cares about you. Its dehumanizing. You cant even go home when youre sick. No coverage ever. Good luck making it to the bathroom. Good luck getting a raise also. 12 cents if anything. No promotional opportunities.
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPHT):
I'm finding that we are overworked and underpaid. We are supposed to rotate stations throughout the day, but I have found that isn't always the way it is. There are older techs that don't want to do anything but fill. They don't like helping customer's and stand in one spot yelling directions and orders to other technicians. They don't want to do anything that they deem beneath them. Sometimes even the pharmacist are afraid to put their foot down and make sure things are ran the way that CVS intends it to be.
Cashier in Danville:
Pros: greeting and helping people find the items and helping in the photo dept.
Cons: The unstable shifts and the disgruntle customers.
Good.
Retail Shift Supervisor in West Palm Beach:
Pros: Customer service
Cons: Stress
Run forest run.
Pharmacy Technician in San Jose:
Pros: My 6 minute commute in an area infamous for long drive times.
Cons: Use your common sense if you have any and run.
It’s just a great company to work for.
Senior Certified Pharmacy Technician in Knoxville:
Good benefits / great vacation/ good resources.
Stuff.
Pharmacy Technician in Fort Lee:
Pros: Some upward mobility.
Flexible hours.
Cons: Cheeky customers.
Low wages.
In your feet all day.
