Cons: Failure to provide enough information to employees who ask questions regarding merit awards as well as insurance coverage and benefits. The lack of acknowledgement when one employee carries the team in regards to patient care initiative etc. The system is difficult and crashes the registers all day long, computer system runs slower after 4pm and lack of communication and the lack of employee care is a bother
