Pros: Interaction with the public and co-workers and turning negatives into positives
Cons: Mandatory Overtime - No longer exists
Great flight benefits/low pay.

Cons: Pay is well below market Payed time off is a disappointment, but not starting at 2 weeks

Cons: The stigma of how some mechanics make the majority look bad.
Was okay in the beginning, now its just an average office job.

Cons: lots of politics in the work place. People being handed jobs that are not official positions within the company, being given jobs people are not qualified for. Its a free for all, the company is highly disorganized and does not support continuing education on a departmental level.
