Aecom Corporation Reviews

What is it like working at Aecom Corporation?

Great place to work.
Electrical Engineer in Grand Rapids:
Pros: The excitement of new challenges everyday
Cons: Recognition of hard work and dedication to my work.
Supply Chain Specialist in Hanford:
Corporate seems good to go, as I work for a single job site I can say that corporate is to removed from their job sites, as our site management isn't the worst but are definitely a joke, and corporate is just ok with this. They hire people regularly that have little to no experience. The companys face was rubbed in this fact by a consultant group that came in and wanted to know who was in charge of vetting and hiring as there were many over paid employees that were not qualified. When working on military aircraft you can see how this would be important.
Great, I really enjoy who I work with and what they stand for.
Assistant Project Manager, Construction in Pflugerville:
Pros: The people I work with
Cons: N/a
AECOM is a cushy job if you have the right position.
Land Surveyor in Rocky Hill:
Pros: Freedom and ability to learn new things
Cons: Administration and management could care less about you
Lots of government contracts.
Civil Engineer in Salt Lake City:
Pros: The pay is good
Cons: Kind of boring
Never A Dull Moment.
Senior Recruiter in Las Vegas:
Pros: What I do keeps the US safe. The reason we all sleep well at night is because of the men and women we train and employ to supporr the US warfighter.
Cons: It is too big and too diverse in its business secrors. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.
Building Information Modeling (BIM) Manager in Denver:
Little to no room for advancement. No training or investment in employees. Way too heavy with C-class suite and are more concerned with stockholders and utilization that company integration or efficiency. The direct teams I worked with in production and engineering were good folks.
