What is it like working at Aecom Corporation?
Senior Project Architect in Columbus:
I think AECOM in general is a good company that pays well. However, the particular office I work out of was very unstructured and the term ‘Project Architect’ appeared to be a bad word. The project managers were to heavy handed in production.
Working at AECOM.
Environmental Consultant in Seattle:
Pros: Lots of interesting projects. Good coworkers.
Cons: Bureaucracy. Unknown forward movement.
Electrical Inspector in Kansas City:
Was not employed as hired..never got the chance to be an Inspector. Was pushed aside, and into completly different area. Was treated with no respect by Management. And supervisor.
All others got lots of overtime, I recieved very little ( 5 days) out of 90 days. Others recieved overtime daily for months. They complained about no days off. I had every weekend off and just 8 hrs a day. I wanted to work but was refused any overtime.
Good place to work.

Cons: Complacency
Challenging but diverse career.

Pros: Big multinational with projects from all over the world
Cons: Pay is not really related to performance (valid for UK)
Working with multitask.
Senior Quantity Surveyor in Singapore:
Pros: Welfare on medical and health screening
Cons: Pay are fairly average compare to market. Ot pay is low. Non transparency of bonus and salary adjustment
The worst.

Pros: That I will leave soon
Cons: I feel invisible, there’s no one helping you build a career
