Consultant, Employment in Melbourne:
Pros: Working with great colleagues and helping the community
Cons: Pressure from upper management, being treated like a number and not a person, and being undervalued and unappreciated
My favorite out all my previous employers.
Social Worker in Auckland:
Pros: Working with the clients in need to empower them to be able to cope and service on their own.
Cons: The paper work is too much. Can be reduced.
I love helping clients, however the structure is not well managed.
Case Manager in New York:
Pros: My clients, especially why’ll assist then with a good outcome
Cons: Well some of my coworkers, I am not person I don’t know why they don’t like me, they criticize my way of doing my job, eve though I do it well
Program Coordinator, Non-Profit Organization:
Definitely not paid what I'm worth, but health insurance plan is excellent. Very stressful at times, especially at Christmas. Expect to pick up the slack since most officers don't do much. Patience is required since raises aren't ever more than 2%.

Pros: The diversity of people that I work with.
Cons: Most of the clients view me as a friend.

Pros: I can help others, using the skills I have learned, such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing and good documentation skills.
I meet many different people, every day is a little different.
I have a good bond with my co-workers.
I have a lot of independence, as long as I get my job done.
Cons: The lack of income, I need more income at this time, and there are no raises/bonuses given.
Office Manager:
Pros: Helping people in need.
Cons: Lots and Lots of work.
