Fast Food Worker in Melbourne:
Pros: The positive crew members and the lobby shifts
Cons: The negative crew members, how I’m treated like next to nothing and the pay
When giving a 100% satisfaction to the customer that they get what they paying for.
Food Service Worker in Philippines:
Pros: Doing such a productive one and being a good example to everyone.
Cons: In my case, the benefit's that I need to use for the accident was not given by the employer.
Endless amounts of tasks to finish--well.

Pros: Coworkers, it's suffering together that builds bonds among team members. It's appalling, but they're good people.
Cons: We get inconsistent raises. Picked up major responsibility 2 years ago. Next to no compensation.
I like cooking. But sometimes I prefer to make the sandwiches...

Pros: The flexibility. If i need to call out for any reason i can do so.
Cons: I can Be WAY over worked. As soon as i clock in I'm thrown with so much to do. sometime to much for me to do in one day.
Not appreciated or valued.

Cons: Uncaring attitude of accomplishment and expectations of doing meaningless jobs
Its great working as a host cause I communicate directly with the customers that come into the store and I get to know how their experience was like.

Pros: Being able to chat with the customers and letting them know about our specials qe have on the app and educating them about our charity organizations
Cons: Moody customers and the not being able to show any emotions cause as they say "the customer is always right"
