Cons: Unfair pay
Challenging and Fulfilling.
Customer Service Supervisor in Abbotsford:
Pros: I love my partners and my customers. It's satisfying to help partners grow both with concrete skills and with interpersonal/intellectual skills. It's delightful to be involved with customers, to hear about their lives, and share their joys.
Cons: It all comes down to personality. If you are surrounded by negative people, the shift will be negative, even if it's a slow shift. If you can change the tone of the shift, you can have an amazing day even when things are going wrong.
It's a process to get accusom, but it's a great opportunity.
Barista in Delano:
Pros: It provides a good work environment and allows for the quick growth of new employees.
Cons: It gets busy during rush hours so it can become stressful if you dont have anyone to help you through the process. However, almost all Starbucks will have somebody who can help and guide you.
It is a great place to work.
Barista in Arlington:
Pros: I love the benefits and the opportunities to learn more about my craft
Cons: Some of the management
