Senior Operations Analyst in New Delhi:
Pros: Flexibility, Work-life balance
Cons: No communication from management, No pay raise in last three years, low compensation
Customers do not understand that good customer service doesn't mean saying yes to their every demand. This makes the job even more difficult on a daily basis.
Customer Service Associate in Kingston:
Pros: I like interacting with my colleagues.
Cons: The clients needs are placed over that of the actual employees.
Average hr rate for Jamaicans is like $2.30USD.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Montego Bay:
Pros: I like the company culture, you can transfer to different places within but it's a patty shop to get promoted
Cons: To be promoted in your dept is a patty shop. They always chose their friends or not allowing agents the opportunity to apply.
It's alright.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Columbus:
Pros: That i can work from home
Cons: I dislike partaking in an immoral health insurance system that charges people too much
Can be rewarding.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Director in Chesapeake:
Pros: Client interaction, team interaction and being able to delivery strong client satisfaction

Overworked and underpaid.
Client Services Representative in Lynn:
Pros: The people that work there are friendly and down to earth. We all work hard and get everything done on time.
Cons: Compensation is terrible, they promote your title and tell you a raise is coming, but it never comes. No raise in over 5 years, and that raise was less than 2 percent. So really no raise in over 10 years. However I excel constantly. There is no room to grow financially here.
Great interaction with coworkers by not enough transparency. Too many responsibilities and not enough compensation.
Customer Service Supervisor in Montego Bay:
Pros: Interacting with my team and assisting them to improve their performance
Cons: Lack of proper compensation. Terms and conditions for earning bonus need to be revised.
