Conduent Inc. A good job.

Well its a good company. Just my department.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Montego Bay:
Pros: Its always friendly and open to our opinions
Cons: The people that i work with.
I Love The Job, Just Not The Company.
Risk Management Analyst in Raleigh:
Pros: I enjoy the duties I perform in my role, as managing projects, and auditing compliance to SLA's, and client standards is well suited for an someone who is self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Cons: No wage increase, or offer letter for promotions. I have been performing a high level operational position for 2 years with no wage increase, peers with less tenure in like role, as well as employees in lower level positions are bringing home more money. Company does not learn, and repeats the same errors year after year, and has poor planning from a high-level operational leaders standpoint towards creating any sort of functioning, profitable program that is clear to entry level employees.
No Good work, lot of outside hinderances.
Lead Software Engineer in Noida:
Pros: Team is great, atmosphere is cordial
Cons: No clear vision
Service Delivery Manager in Secaucus:
Managers are great but the company doesn't value it's current US employees. Many employees went for years with no/tiny raises and no bonuses and CEO has consistently said that one of the main goals is to "Accushore" more US jobs (send them to other countries).
Love what I do, but low paid.
Workforce Management Analyst in Boca Raton:

This is a good job.

Cons: My local pay is not enough to pay rent.
