Target Corporation Reviews
What is it like working at Target Corporation?
Pretty decent job for the pay.
Retail Store Manager in Philadelphia:
Pros: UTO and the people
Cons: Upper management's disconnect from the on the ground reality
Flexibility with 24/7 on-call nature.
Senior Risk Manager in Sacramento:
Pros: Opportunity to influence results with top organizational leaders
Cons: Challenging to move into roles outside of stores
Positive.
Retail Merchandiser in Middleboro:
Pros: I love the team members who work there, I like the benefits they have to offer
Cons: not enough team members, over worked
Overwhelming.
Environmental Program Manager in Minneapolis:
Pros: The people on the various teams I interact with and the autonomy in my work
Cons: There is no opportunity for advancement within my area. The entire company seems to be a bit like high school.
It’s ok cause you can focus easier but its really a two man job but overall the employees are nice I get along with everybody never had any issues with nobody but it’s unfair what they do to us.
Dairy Stocker in Raleigh:
Pros: The hours
Cons: The lack in communication and fairness
Not enough pay for job expectations.
Guest Services Agent in Missoula:
Pros: My direct supervisor is extremely understanding and personal
Cons: Overall management has unrealistic expectations for all employees and not only do not offer reasonable pay but i have been told my medical absences are still held against me with equal weight as a normal absence despite having documentation that these absences are beyond my control and ability to mitigate.
Upset with Target.
Food Service Worker in Chaska:
Pros: My ETL and TL are pretty cool and nice to me.
Cons: every year my annual review is poor, yet I am constantly praised for my hard work and coming in early, staying late, and picking up shifts nearly twice or more a month. Additionally, as a Trainer, you would expect to be paid more than a regular team member. The On Demand Team Member thing is a joke.
