Joy.
Customer Service Team Leader in Hilliard:
Pros: Bringing joy and interacting with the guests. I also loved making the team stronger and developing their skills.
Cons: The communication between upper management and the team could use a lot of work. Setting expectations and attainable goals for team members and leaders
Stressful but rewarding in a sense.
Sales Team Leader, Retail in Mentor:

Cons: I have hit a standstill in development and I'm waiting to move up and get paid properly for my skills and dedication to the company
Great team, but not enough pay.
Service Team Leader in Whittier:
Pros: The team members and structure. Access to resources.
Cons: Lack of competitive pay and hours
You and your team must be adaptable to the many requirements of work load to consistently reach set time frames per daily work planner.
Sales Team Leader, Retail in Oklahoma City:
Pros: Bringing joy and helping the guest in our stores . Driving sales , merchandising , providing positive , inclusive work environment for out team .
Cons: The lack of hours for our team members and constant hiring needs . Which creates a shortage of team members needed to complete the daily work and deadlines required to the Target standards. Therefore it increases the work load tremendously for the existing team members causing them to burn out and become less productive.
Old technology but setting records anyway.
