Pros: there is a lot of opportunity to make new friends and meet new people. many of the customers are friendly and usually tell interesting stories while you're working with them. The vibe is pretty up beat most days and you are thanked and shown appreciation for your normal tasked almost on the daily
Cons: The days are long and sometimes pretty boring. There is little to no movement involved if you're a cashier so standing in the same spot for 8 to 9 hours at a time can get pretty monotonous.
