Great.
Sales Associate:
Pros: Good place to work.
Cashier.
Cashier:
Pros: My coworkers are great and the job pays well for what it is.
Cons: Often do not receive breaks and not nearly enough employees. There's a lot of turnover with employees.
Boring, stressful.
Customer Service Representative (CSR):
Pros: Helping customers and talking to coworkers.
Cons: Working outside and no consistency.
Lowe's.
Paint Associate:
Pros: I feel like I am treated well by my direct manager. My job is fun with the people I work with and I love to see the satisfaction on the customers face when they are happy with the product and service I have provided.
Cons: What I get paid is a big downfall. I also feel like upper management in my store could do more to make the sales floor associates feel better about how hard they work to keep the store running. They also will not work with scheduling for me to pursue college.
Customer Service Associate:
Pros: Close to home, other associates in my department are hard workers like myself.
Cons: Work until 10pm or later depending on management. No set schedule, work every weekend. Have to work on Black Friday even if it is your regular day off.
Family atmosphere.
Department Manager, Retail Store:
Pros: Store manager can be a trusted ally.
Cons: No making enough to repay school loan.
Some time stress full and Mindanao.
Cashier:
Pros: The health benefit and pay check.
