Lowe's Home Improvement Inc. Reviews
What is it like working at Lowe's Home Improvement Inc.?
A nice place to work.
Retail Department Supervisor in Harleysville:
Pros: Interaction with customers and my team.
Cons: Crazy retail hours anywhere from 5:30 AM to 11 PM.
Okay.
Sales Associate in Cleveland:
Pros: Helping people
Cons: The amount of time you have to get things done the ridiculous weekly training BS.
Cash Office Associate.
Office Administrator in Bloomington:
Pros: I am able to be independent and get my work done in a timely manner with minimal interruptions.
Cons: I don't like that there is no communication between departments and the cash office. If someone messes up or there is an issue I wish emails would be sent and that there wouldn't be efforts made to cover up accidents. These sorts of things cannot be covered up and must be explained.
Overall positive.
Sales Specialist in Muskegon:
Pros: The people make the job. I work with a very close team, we watch out for each other
Cons: Poor management
You have good and bad but, it's the mangers who make it harder for us.
Loader And Unloader in Ponca City:
Pros: Being outside and doing my own things.
Cons: The manager, employees who don't help, and rude customers.
Work hard. Could be injured on ladders or equipment. Very tiring.
Warehouse Worker in Clinton Township:
Pros: People I work with
Cons: Working very hard for little money
It's great because I love working with people.
Training Instructor in Garysburg:
Pros: Having the skill to train them to the best of there ability
Cons: The pay could be better
