Cons: The toxic workplace in which negative and unproductive behaviors are rewarded.

They are totally bullish, Some Drs. Treat us as dirt beneath there feet. Shifts leave work unfinished for other shift, manager does not care for her nurses.

Pros: I enjoy the people I work with. You always have those downers in every organization, but most of my coworkers are fantastic people just trying to help others.
Cons: The politics. People who have never done our job or don't remember how to do it should not make policy decisions without feeling their effects firsthand, on the floor.
