Great leadership true example of shared governance.

Pros: Very comfortable speaking with leadership , respect , and support

Pros: flexible scheduling of work days and days off
Cons: minimizing staffing for low census without concidering census can change without warning. Then remaining staff is stretched and care to patients suffers.
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST):
Baptist pays better than hca and most neighboring hospitals. Doctors are nicer than at most facilities and the hiring practice was easier than hca hospitals. Ascension also had a difficult hiring practice with their human resources.
Job is great, atmosphere is awful.
