What is it like working at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. (JPMCC)?
Good.
Operations Team Leader in Hyderabad:

Cons: None
Great place to work, freedom to present ideas and enhancements.
Analytics Manager in Columbus:
Pros: opportunity and exposure
Cons: culture is typical cube life style
Potentially great, but design is a side-line to the business and tech.
Lead UX Designer in San Francisco:
Pros: You will be looked to for vision and future of products, as a designer
Cons: Dealing with vastly different levels of maturity in software development with teams at the firm.
Good brand.
Vice President (VP), Sales in Dublin:
Pros: Work life balance
Cons: Red tape
ScrumMaster:
Management is aloof, they don't understand the importance of the different roles. HUGE lack of transparency amongst teams. People being put into roles without any credentials or experience in those roles. Too many changes all the time. You have to be fearful of the people on your own team. NO consistency at any level for anything. Good people end up getting fed up and leaving. If you have a good manager like I do at this time, it makes things a bit more bearable and overtime you become like the rest of the people who work their and stop caring. Benefits get better the longer you're there and if you ask most employees, that's what keeps them around. The good people who want to do the right thing and make a difference, leave as soon as they can, sometimes before even having another opportunity lined up. I've seen them fall like flies and continue seeing that now at a senior level as well.
Good environment and employees but longer you stay=higher the underpay compare to industry average.
Relationship Banker in Brooklyn:
Pros: It is an excellent work environment. Every employee there is professional and willing to work out everything. When need help all colleagues willing or offer help.
Cons: Managers being pressured my management to cost corners left and right and pressure to overwork and make stuff leave chase (to avoid paying extra benefits) instead of cutting stuff by letting them go in a normal way with benefits. Company making billions but no employee raise. (even when being promoted)
An ever-changing landscape of marketing.
Marketing Director in San Francisco:
Pros: Travel
Cons: Salary
