Business Analyst, Finance/Banking in New York:
Pros: knowing that i am part of special by helping people
Software Engineer:
The company is overall okay. There are lots of events and internal support which is great. The culture is overall pretty standard and stuffy, not many young or interesting people. Compensation is very below market value, especially for a software engineer. Management really just depends on the team and organization - you can get really lucky or unlucky.
