Cons: The pay, they don’t pay fair enough for the retail branches.

Small business support, fair mortgage lending, money into teaching basic personal finance and investing skills, mortgages, debt etc), the general microaggressions which comes with working with a historically white male dominated org which is still present in some interactions with colleagues
