Cons: I dislike the constant moving of employees to different work stations and sometimes entirely different jobs.

Its a very good place and safe place but the employer is most of the times not fair enough with every employee in offering the overtime and equal hours.

Pros: Nothing at all! The manager is a joke, the supervisor is a immature pot head
Cons: The supervisor is related to the manager, so there isn't anything wrong he can do. With that being said no one like myself can move up. I'm done with Ferguson and seeking employment else where.
