Pros: Different everyday and helping people fix problems. I also love to teach people and see them start to do it on their own.
Cons: It's harder to explain things to some people.

Pros: It's an urban area and it easy to access to any facilities that are available for use as long you know someone who is in connection with what you're looking for.
Cons: It's a urban area and there is job opportunities only if you have a good network circle to help you whenever you're in needy

Never a dull moment.
Training Coordinator in Norcross:
Pros: I enjoy teaching people how to preform the job duties. I am delighted when I am able to teach someone something new that never thought they would be interested in.
Cons: The pay is what I like least about being in my role. Yes, we receive bonuses however obtaining a full bonus is hard to do with work life balance. You are not able to call out for anything or leave work early. If you do then a part of your bonus is removed. To have an employee that loves what they do and see the positive the impact that person makes to the company's employees it seems unjust.
