Technical Support Representative Reviews
What is it like working as a Technical Support Representative?
August 2016
Cloud 9 Technical Support.
Technical Support Representative:
Pros: Opportunity to excel if you're willing to work super hard and you can learn fast. Fellow employees are really cool, new management strives to do their best it seems.
The virtual server environment is a success for the most part as long as client expectations are kept at a realistic level by sales.
They are willing to pay for some certs and give you a pay raise upon completion of certs.
Cons: Irritated clients because their expectations were set high and some of the servers are not up to par in the shared environment.
Unclear path of promotion, lack of on the job training. Fast paced, sometimes chaotic environment paired with almost no down time.

Ask 5 Important Questions In The Interview.
Technical Support Representative:
I had to fill the position of a person with 30 years experience. So I asked these questions.
1. Who is a perfect candidate for the position?
2. What will my 1st day, week, month and year look like in this job?
3. Why was the position opened?
4. Does the manager interviewing you correct your wrong answers politely so you know there is room for error. You.
